DecoPlan Pro bought on decoplan.dvpdnsca.org is sold through our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these orders. Both products — the yearly subscription and the lifetime purchase — can be refunded in full on request within 14 days of the payment, without giving a reason. For a subscription the 14 days run from each yearly charge, including renewals.
How to ask: use the link in the receipt e‑mail from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net, or write to dvp1963@gmail.com from the e‑mail used at checkout with the order number from the receipt. The refund is paid by Paddle to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Alipay or another method you used); how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
When a payment is refunded, the Pro it paid for is removed from your DecoPlan account. Nothing else is deleted: the free version keeps working and your data stays in the apps and in your account.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; Pro stays until the end of the period already paid. After the 14 days there is no refund for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires one or in clear cases such as a duplicate purchase or a charge you did not make — write to us and we will review it.
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: a chargeback removes the Pro it paid for in the same way as a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Pro bought inside the Android app from Google Play or inside the Apple apps from the App Store is sold by Google or Apple and refunded by them under their own rules: Google Play refunds, App Store refunds. We cannot refund those purchases ourselves.

DecoPlan Pro, купленный на decoplan.dvpdnsca.org, продаётся через нашего реселлера Paddle.com — продавца по договору (Merchant of Record) для этих заказов. Оба продукта — годовую подписку и покупку навсегда — можно вернуть полностью по запросу в течение 14 дней после оплаты, без объяснения причин. Для подписки 14 дней отсчитываются от каждого годового списания, включая продления.
Как запросить: по ссылке в письме‑чеке от Paddle, через поиск заказа на paddle.net или письмом на dvp1963@gmail.com с адреса, указанного при оплате, с номером заказа из чека. Деньги возвращает Paddle тем же способом оплаты (карта, PayPal, Alipay или другой использованный способ); срок зачисления зависит от вашего банка или платёжной системы.
После возврата платежа оплаченный им Pro снимается с вашего аккаунта DecoPlan. Больше ничего не удаляется: бесплатная версия продолжает работать, ваши данные остаются в приложениях и в аккаунте.
Отмена подписки прекращает будущие продления; Pro сохраняется до конца уже оплаченного периода. После 14 дней неиспользованная часть периода не возвращается, кроме случаев, когда этого требует закон, или очевидных случаев вроде двойной покупки или списания, которое вы не совершали, — напишите нам, и мы рассмотрим запрос.
Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с нами, прежде чем оспаривать платёж в банке: чарджбэк снимает оплаченный Pro так же, как возврат.
Эта политика не ограничивает права, которые дают вам законы о защите потребителей вашей страны.
Pro, купленный в приложении для Android через Google Play или в приложениях Apple через App Store, продают Google или Apple, и возвращают средства они же по своим правилам: возвраты Google Play, возвраты App Store. Мы не можем сами вернуть деньги за такие покупки.
